We don’t believe in spirituality or healing that doesn’t include earth & body

We believe that no matter what healing or spiritual journey, “self-improvement,” or “self-development” we are engaging in, it needs a grounded root in how we relate to the Earth, to others, and to our bodies — in order to be real, truly potent, and ethical.

This disconnect happens when deep spiritual or shamanic practices become severed from their foundations:

  • When we confuse yoga with stretching.

  • When we want mindfulness, but not the responsibility of community.

  • When we want life-changing plant-medicine ceremonies, but don’t want to live in reciprocity.

  • When we want initiations into ancient knowledge, but don’t want to be in service.

If there is no root that leads back to our essential way of being in this life, on this Earth — we don’t believe in it.

True spirituality, true healing, moves all the way — and beyond — from the tips of our toes to the crown of our head.

It lives in what we eat, how we eat, and in all our relationships.

In how we engage with family, with partners, with neighbors.

It is in connection.

To everything.

Not in an egocentric push for peak experiences.

But rather it everyday life.

If it doesn’t come with a greater sense of care, charity, and responsibility, then it’s simply not there — not healed, not improved or developed, not real.

This doesn't mean that we cannot enjoy a glass of wine or laugh at a movie. It means that we strive towards Coming home to right relation with everything within and around❤️ in the most loving way possible 🙏
