Our approach is based on the deep knowing that is the spirit of nature that is the healer, the curandero, the magician - we all are the channels.
Mother Earth heals her children: Our bodies and minds know how to heal themselves. Our natural state is one of constant rejuvenation, growth and healing. We don't have to do anything to earn it or prove our worth. We only need to allow nature (within and around us) to do what it naturally does. We need to give it the space to do so. To slow down and listen to what we really need.
There is medicine and wisdom all around us. All we need to do is open up to listen, receive and co-create with it. When we reconnect to nature (or rather acknowledge the connection that is already there) we experience a homecoming within.
Connecting deeply with the Spirit of Nature sings us back into a state of trust, flow, abundance and love that are inherent aspects of our being. From this sacred space we can courageously explore and embody our true, magical, powerful and abundant selves.

Step into Sacred Sanctuary with the master plants of the North.
Join us on transformative journeys to connect, open up and receive the wisdom of the plants. Emerge yourself deeply into the magic of the forest for 6-15 days (PlantQuest / Dieta) or develop your relationship to the plants right outside your doorstep.
It will support your healing process, your personal growth or bring more awareness into your life. The plant will treat you and teach you about it's medicine and how to work with it. It can become a close friend, a partner through life and teach you to embody your divinity even deeper in this life.

Plant Initiations can be thought of as a gentle yet strong connection that is cultivated in your everyday life. You can see it as initiating a lifelong friendship, getting to know each other and inviting this energy into as many aspects of your life as you dare.
Through a mixture of session in nature, online sessions and 'self-study' you'll emerge into connecting with and learning from a specific plant. Diving deeper into your own medicine and that of the plant.

Once a month we offer a ceremonial space for connection, introspection, healing and community.
Join us for our sacred shamanic cacao journeys where we introduce you to another plant energy as well. The ceremonies are acoustic medicine journeys guided by the plants. We always end the evening with a potluck, sharing food and stories.
We are either in Cph or in a nature area close by.

Each ceremony introduces you to the energy of a plant such as Stinging Nettle. Afterwards it is possible to continue deepening your connection to this specific plant through an “Plant Initiation”.

Initiation into the healing energy & spirit of Cacao
Deepen your connection to the spirit of Cacao while learning to hold space and facilitate sacred ceremonies with Cacao in your unique way.
Much more than a simple how-to facilitate Cacao ceremonies, this is a oldschool apprenticeship where you learn to work with the medicine through real life experience and mentoring throughout the learning journey. Join us as we venture into the wilds, both within and around, guiding you on a deep personal healing journey while studying the healing craft with Cacao.

Rewilding is a process of embracing the wild within and around you without trying to tame or change it. Let it be as it is (a d sound as it does) and see what beauty emerges. What your natural souId is. t's all about trust - trusting the natural design of things, including the wilderness within us. Instead of trying to control every detail, listen, observe, and learn from what arises naturally. Build a relationship with it, understanding, and love will follow. From there, opportunities and growth will flow effortlessly.

To support and strengthen your work with opening up, grounding & integrating wisdom and healing from your deep plant experiences, we offer preparation and/or integration sessions. This is all about embodiment!
Preparation and especially integration is the journey - the ceremony/retreat is simply one transition point in the larger journey of each of us.
For these sessions we bring out our shamanic & therapeutic toolbox and create a mixture of treatment, reflective milestones & everyday ceremony.

A Step into the world of medicine songs, of sounds and dive deeper into your inner song.
We will enter into the universe of sounds and connect ourselves with the profound power it is to sing in nature. Allow this power, this medicine to flow through you and release your voice.
Singing is all about listening. Listening to the wisdom and whispers of spirit inside and all around.
These sessions are a mixture of voice release, voice medicine singing as well as healing treatments on all the blockages and trauma tensions that are hindering you from freely expressing your voice.
All sessions are set in a ceremonial style with the help of plants such as ceremonial Cacao, Blue Lotus or Calendula.

The Sweatlodge is the symbol of the womb of Mother Earth, the fire a manifestation of great spirit where the red glowing stones become the seeds of wisdom and energy as we humans go on a journey of recuperation and rebirth
it is a ritual, ceremony and rite of passage in one - ment to clean out bodies and mind - meant to reconnect to the beautiful loving humans we truly are.
Usually integrated in a retreat, we also offer now and than a sweatlodge to join in - or on demand for your group.

Weddings are such a beautiful and important life ceremony. We have celebrated our own wedding ceremony with Cacao and it just make so much sense to have this heart-medicine present at a love celebration.
We have facilitated wedding ceremonies with Cacao in more traditional settings or more free-flowing settings - for this there is no one size fits all.The process of supporting your big day with a Cacao ceremony will be first with 1-3 couples sessions with Cacao where we connect with the medicine, the couple and plant the ceremony together.

As intuitive herbalists, musicians, engineers, nature therapists and apprentice curanderos we bridge ancient and modern practices. In our practice we weave medicine from our indigenous landscape in Europe together with that of the jungle of south and Central America.
By studying, connecting and dieting (dieta) the plants from Europe and the Amazon, we are reconnecting to the plant wisdom of the earth.
Like Yggdrasil for Odin or the Bodhi tree for Buddha - Birch, Pine, Bobinsana, Noya Rao, Blue Lotus and many onthers have become our teachers.

We offer Keith’s Cacao - created with deep respect for the medicine of cacao and roasted, pealed and grinded by the late Atitlán in Guatemala.
