In Nature, our Tipi-Tent or in Østerbro (Copenhagen): Women's circles, rituals and ceremonies for transition, connection and medicine.
Guided by ceremonial Cacao, medicine songs and sisterhood.
🌙 Ancient cultures have different versions of the red tent or women's lodge. A sacred space where women could gather while bleeding to enter the feminine mysteries together.
A place to connect with the deep power and vulnerability of sisterhood, rest and recharge, be nourished, share wisdom stories and support each other. Today, we don't bleed at the same time - but we can still step into a feminine space of remembrance together.
To listen, to be, to sing, to share stories and to care for each other.
This is our version, where we gather in ceremony, in song, in sisterhood.

Let us introduce you to the cacao energy and how to activate and brew this wonderful medicine. We make cocoa together and have a session where we introduce and connect you to the energy.
2 hours online or in our/your kitchen 1800 kr.

Individual session in nature, in Østerbro or online.
Guided by Cacao, with shamanic practices and nature therapy, we provide space for personal development and introspection. Through the mirror of nature, symbols, emotions, the body and creative processes, we explore patterns and themes in the present moment. Through ceremony, medicine songs, guided meditation, therapeutic and shamanic work, we address your emotional, spiritual and physical issues.
2 hours online: 1800 kr.
3 hours in nature: 2600 kr.Sessions are with either Eva Maria or Stephan, but it is possible to have both of us for a session or come to us as a group or as a couple.

🌳Plant & Cacao Ceremonies

Using the sacred medicine of cacao as a gateway to connection, we offer opportunities to connect more deeply with a (local) master plant. This could be a Flower of Love ceremony with Cacao & Bobinsana, or a Mother of Dreams ceremony with Cacao & Hawthorn.
Our ceremonies with Cacao are approximately 5 hours of intuitive meditations where we let Cacao facilitate the flow. It is a blend of meditation, shamanic sound and drumming journey, prayers, chanting, movement, shamanic treatments and sharing.
This is an opportunity to give yourself a break, a little oasis of medicine in the soft embrace of the spirit of Cacao, chanting and shamanic drumming.
We offer these acoustic ceremonies in the open air, in nature, in our tipi/tent or in Copenhagen.
Each ceremony is different, depending on the wheel of the year, the plants, our participants and the energy present at the time. Some are very quiet and allow for stillness, silence and inner listening, others are more expressive with more room for movement and singing.

What is Ceremonial Cacao?
Ceremonial Cacao is very different from the hot Cocoa you might remember from your childhood.
We work with 100% pure, directly traded Ceremonial Grade Cacao. The Cacao is hand-processed using traditional methods. Depending on the ceremony, we work with different types of Ceremonial Grade Cacao. It's all made with love and care in every part of the process, from the trees that grow naturally in the rainforest, to the (mainly Guatemalan) women who hand-peel each bean, to the wonderful people who are on a mission to share this medicine with the world. It's a whole food using the whole bean - nothing is added and nothing is removed. We only add water and some spices when we brew the drink, not forgetting our love and blessings ❤️
Our Cacao comes from non-hybridized understory trees in the ancient tropical rainforest (Guatemala and Mexico). It undergoes minimal processing to preserve its active ingredients, nutrients and spirit.
It is a natural aphrodisiac that lifts mood and energy. It increases blood flow and stimulates the cardiovascular system (the tiny blood vessels that supply your heart with oxygen and nutrients). Basically, it's a magical 'bomb' of nutrients and psychoactive compounds that are highly beneficial for the body, mind and spirit. I can help us to be present, mindful and connected to ourselves and our hearts.
