Return to your Roots- Live your Truth

The Oak Path

A journey through the seasons of life — back to yourself.

We walk with the Oak through the year
through spring, summer, autumn, and winter.

We recognize that as nature moves outside, something moves within us.
We meet growth and resistance, clarity and confusion, strength and vulnerability.
High points and low points. Challenges, and moments of deep belonging.

Over time, these experiences begin to shape your own hero’s story —
not a myth to believe in, but a story you feel in your body and recognize in everyday life.

The Path is about remembering who you truly are

To see and experience yourself from different angles and layers,
in a depth you may not have imagined before.

The Oak Path offers support in navigating the many concepts we carry about ourselves — the dramas and traumas of childhood, inherited stories, and, most of all, the ways we have learned to think about ourselves. Together, we learn to recognize and release the stories that no longer serve our being.

At our core — beneath everything that has shaped, bent, or hardened us — there lives a truly beautiful and wise being.

The gift of the Oak is strength

The strength to hold yourself.
To know both your shadows and your gifts.
To grow in awareness and in your capacity to love.

Walking the Oak Path means learning to set healthy boundaries, to express emotions without getting lost in them, and to live authentically — firm, yet not rigid. It is a graceful and natural way of growing into your potential.

The Oak Path is a mystery school

Knowledge is secondary here; wisdom, gained through direct experience, is the goal. The teachings are initiations — invitations into awareness.

We follow the way of the Druids, the Oak-knowers, the ancient Celtic wisdom keepers.
Open to all religion, genders tt is a path of consciousness, awareness, truth, peace, and love.

Monthly Ceremonies

Walking the Oak Path

“The armor of the child becomes the cage of the adult.”

As we grow, we build inner structures to protect ourselves — to survive, to belong, to stay safe. What once protected us can later limit us.

Ceremony is a space of transition.
Here, we consciously move from old, constricted ways of being into something more open, grounded, and true.
Layer by layer, we loosen what no longer fits — and explore new ways of relating to ourselves, to others, and to life.

Each ceremony invites us into a more embodied, mature, and authentic truth — one that can meet life without hiding, hardening, or collapsing.

The Oak Path: A Year of Growth

Across the year, we walk with the Oak through:

  • 20 ceremonies held in rhythm with the seasons

  • 22 archetypes — stages of human development and consciousness

  • The four elements — Will (Fire), Emotion (Water), Thought (Air), Matter (Earth)

  • Shamanic and therapeutic practices, grounded in presence and integration

This is not about fixing yourself. It is about remembering who you are — beneath the armor — and learning to live fully from that place..

Dedicated Spaces not only for Men

Within the Oak Path, some ceremonies and circles are dedicated to men’s work.
These spaces offer men the opportunity to explore:

  • Masculinity beyond roles or expectations

  • Shadow work and emotional literacy

  • Ancestral healing and lineage awareness

  • Brotherhood, accountability, and presence

Here, men are invited to meet themselves honestly, connect deeply, and step into grounded, conscious leadership — all within the safety of a shared, supportive circle.

This a Sacred Masculine Space where man can explore and experience themselves in the safety of a strong container held by brothers.601

Living Practice for All

The Oak Path is for everyone seeking a deeper connection with themselves and life.
Here we explore:

  • Boundaries, belonging, and authentic expression

  • The balance of feminine and masculine energies within us

  • Healing relational wounds in safe community

  • Living and choosing from the heart

This work is not theory — it is lived, embodied, and experienced through ritual, ceremony, conversation, and shared silence.

A Journey to Free the Heart

The heart is where spirit meets matter.
It is also where many of our deepest wounds are held.

Healing the heart is not about protecting it further.
It is about opening it — safely, slowly, and with support.

On the Oak Path, you are invited to live, choose, and create from this sacred center again — in your relationships, your work, and your life.

The Journey in Practice

You can join at any point — for a single circle, a ceremony, or the entire path.

Ongoing offerings include:

  • 1 online circle per month (for all on the Oak Path)

  • 1 online men’s circle per month (dedicated)

  • 1 in-person ceremony per month (all participants)

  • 1 in-person men’s ceremony per month (dedicated)

Alongside these, we offer sweat lodges, deeper retreats into plant shamanism, ancestral healing, gatherings, and seasonal festivals.

“The armor of the boy is the cage for the man.”

When we grow up, we build structures to protect ourselves — to survive, to keep safe, to hide what feels vulnerable.
As boys, this armor keeps us alive. As men, it can trap us. It can stop us from feeling, from connecting, from living fully.

Ceremony is a space for transition:

In the ceremonies, we moving from an old, restricted state into one that’s more open, alive, and true.
We take off a piece of that way too small armor — one layer at a time - and explore new ways of being and interacting.

Binging ourself into a more grounded, grown-up, masculine truth

Each ceremony we exlore a new way of being as men in life

We work with:

  • 20 ceremonies across the year

  • 22 Archetypes — the stages of consciousness we can grow upto

  • The four elements — Will, Emotion, Thought, Matter

  • Shamanic and therapeutic practices

A Journey to Free the Heart

The heart is where spirit meets matter.
It’s also where we often carry our deepest wounds.

Healing the heart isn’t about protecting it more.
It’s about opening it — in the safe presence of other men.

On the Oak Path, you’re invited to live, decide, and create from this sacred center again.

My Path with Oak

My own journey began with a choice: to listen to the whisper of my heart.
I didn’t know where it would take me — I only knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was.

Layer by layer, I faced myself. Who I thought I had to be. Who I truly was.
Old wounds became strength. Lost parts came home.

Looking back, I see it clearly: it was never about becoming someone new.
It was about remembering. Choosing love — not as a goal, but as the ground I walk on.

When Oak came into my life, I recognized the call I had been following all along. Rooted, ancient, steady. Oak doesn’t preach. It stands. And in its presence, I knew: this is what I must share with others.

My mission is simple: to live what I teach, to hold grounded space for your growth, and to walk beside you as you find your own way home.
