Icaro & Singing as Medicine

Music is one of the oldest forms of prayer. Whether we are conscious of it or not, every song, every word, every vibration invokes something into the world.
When we sing from the heart — beyond performance, competition, and who we think we “should” be — the voice becomes a channel for love, healing, and pure expression.

This is an invitation to move beyond “just” singing songs, and into sharing medicine through your voice — with intention, energy, and joy.

Ways to work with me

Nordic Dietas

The deepest way to learn this path is through our Nordic Dietas. Here, the practice of icaro is not approached merely as music, but as a relationship with plant spirit consciousness and the art of channeling medicine through the voice. In ceremony and in icaro classes in the forest, you will learn to listen, receive, and sing from direct connection.

This work is the heart of Mightytree and the foundation of how I work with music as medicine.

Individual Sessions

I offer 1:1 mentorship for those wanting to deepen their relationship with icaros, singing in ceremony, and working with the voice as a sacred instrument. Sessions may include guidance in ceremonial singing, vocal techniques, embodiment practices, energetic work, and support in releasing blockages held within the voice and body.

For people wanting to step deeper into the power of their voice and sharing this medicine with others.

Icaro Study Groups

From time to time, I open online icaro study groups when there is enough interest from the community. These group containers are spaces for learning, practicing, translating, and exploring the deeper layers of ceremonial song together. In previous rounds, we met across six online sessions where I shared and taught 4–5 icaros (that I write for the group), alongside teachings on how to work with them in ceremony and in relationship with the plants.

These groups open by demand, so reach out if you feel the call.

Brorfelde Skov

Song has always been medicine. Every sound we make carries intention and energy, calling something forth within ourselves and the world around us.

Through icaro and sacred medicine songs, we remember the voice not as performance, but as prayer — a direct expression of the heart, of spirit, and of love.

This is your invitation to share medicine through your voice with authenticity, devotion, and joy.
