Darkness is nothing more than the absence of light - in many ways the opposite of modern life, where everything is bathed in sharp, bright light. But with our eyes closed, in darkness we rest and we sleep, we dream and we kiss - we go inward into our feelings and emotions.

In a meeting with darkness we meet ourselves - when everything around us is stripped away, we can better see what is within. There is nothing to be afraid of in the Danish forest, and yet we may face our fears, our aroused nervous systems, but once settled in, we can allow nature to lead us into some magical encounters with owls, deer and other fairy folk.

Whatever the darkness will teach me this time - I’m here

Mørkesidning is an opportunity to meet yourself in the darkness of the forest. To sit with nature through whatever arises - to listen and to see inside - learning to be.

Easing into Autumn - Guided by the spirit of Cacao, songs & movements we connect with the uprising wintertime.

The journey into the darkness is an opprotunity to let Mother Earth guide us into the darker half of the year, where we sit a bit closer together under the blankets, lighting up candels and warming us at fires, where the adventures of the summertime are replaced by storytelling and listenting to the silence.
