Ancestral Healing Retreat (Family Constellation & Plant Magic)

You are welcome, as we open our garden sanctuary and tiny home up for an intimate 2-days garden retreat for maximum 5 participants.
This is a call to those who long to reclaim the forgotten threads of their ancestral medicine — to listen deeply to the whispers of those who came before, and to stand rooted again in the strength, power, and wisdom of your own lineage.
This retreat is based around a family constellation - a potent therapeutic method for clearing ancestral blockages, creating understanding, flow and healing through the lineage.
Guided by the potent Nordic plants Elder (Hyld) and Hawthorn (Hvidtjørn) — guardians of the threshold and ancestral connectors — as well as Ceremonial Cacao — we will walk into the hedge, the place-between, where the veils are thin and the old ways still live.
Together, we will:
Reclaim the medicine of your lineage through ritual, ceremony, and direct connection with your ancestral field
Restore (parts of) your spiritual inheritance by clearing old blockages and patterns that no longer serve your line
Strengthen your belonging to the land, the spirits, and the web of life

What You Will Experience
This is an intimate garden retreat where we open up the doors to our home and land that we steward, guided by the plants on our land. There will maximum be 5 participants creating space deep personal journeys.

About Family Constellation with Elder
Family Constellation
Family Constellation is a powerful way to meet, understand and heal ancestral and family patterns. In a constellation, the key energies and people connected to the challenge you bring are “laid out” in the room. Other participants gently step in as representatives, tuning into these energies and supporting the unfolding of your personal story. Guided by Eva Maria and Stephan, you receive focused, individual healing — in a 1.5–2 hour session — while the group’s presence amplifies the process.
Being part of a constellation is deeply insightful, whether you are the one exploring your own pattern or supporting another as a representative. You see mirrors of your own life in others, creating a rich, potent field of learning and transformation. The experience is further deepened by the surrounding plants and nature, creating a holistic space for ancestral healing.
It’s a unique opportunity to heal personal challenges, release inherited blocks, and reconnect with your roots — guided by the collective presence of others and the wisdom of the ancestors.
Elder: Doorway to the Ancestors

Elder is far more than the sweet syrup of childhood or the healing tea of winter illness (though it is that too). There is a reason why our ancestors would remove their hats when passing an Elder tree, and why tales of Hyldemor (the Elder Mother) persist in our folklore.
Elder offers a potent gateway—both to the deep halls of ancestral wisdom and to new hope and flowering possibilities. Working with Elder allows us to honor our roots while reaching toward new growth, creating balance between past and future.
Meeting the Heart & the Hedgewitch with Cacao & Hawthorn
Hawthorn: Mother of Dreams & Keeper of the Heart
Hawthorn stands at the threshold between worlds—a protector of boundaries and healer of hearts. Known as "the mother of dreams," this thorned guardian offers gentle yet powerful medicine for emotional healing and heart opening.
In ceremony, Hawthorn creates a safe container for vulnerability, helping us to process grief, sorrow, and anger while simultaneously protecting our tender hearts. Like a wise mother, she tucks us into the dreamworld where healing can occur on the deepest levels.

Location: In our Garden outside Holbæk
Amount: We will have room for maximum 5 participants.
Exchange: 3.200 kr.
Accommondation:
Bring your tent or Hammock.
It is also possible to have indoors accommodation for a small fee.
