You are warmly invited to our garden sanctuary for an intimate 2-day retreat, limited to 5 participants.
This is a call to those who long to reclaim the threads of their ancestors — to listen deeply to the whispers of those who came before, and to stand rooted again in the strength, power, and wisdom of the lineage.
This retreat centers around Family Constellation, a powerful shamanic and therapeutic method for clearing ancestral blockages, creating understanding, flow, and healing through your lineage.
We will also work with the potent Nordic plants Elder (Hyld) and Hawthorn (Hvidtjørn) - guardians of the threshold and ancestral connectors — alongside Ceremonial Cacao. Together, we will step into the mystical place-in-between, where the veils are thin and the old ways still live.

About Family Constellation
Family Constellation is a profound way to meet, understand, and heal ancestral and family patterns.
In a constellation, the key energies and people connected to your challenge are “laid out” in the room. Other participants step in as representatives, tuning into these energies and supporting the unfolding of your story. Guided by Eva Maria and Stephan, you receive focused, individual healing in a 1.5–2 hour session, while the group’s presence amplifies the process.
Being part of a constellation is insightful whether you are exploring your own pattern or supporting another. The experience is enhanced by our plants and garden, creating a holistic space for ancestral healing.
This is a unique opportunity to release inherited blocks, reconnect with your roots, and reclaim your personal and ancestral wisdom.
Ceremony with Cacao, Hawthorn & Elder
Hawthorn — Mother of Dreams & Keeper of the Heart
Hawthorn stands at the threshold between worlds — a protector of boundaries and healer of hearts. In ceremony, she creates a safe container for vulnerability, helping us process grief, sorrow, and anger while opening the heart.
Elder — Doorway to the Ancestors
"Take off your hat when you pass the Elder tree, for in her roots dwell the ancestors, and in her flowers and berries flows the medicine of remembrance."
Elder is a gateway to ancestral wisdom and new growth. Working with Elder allows you to honor your roots while reaching toward the future, guided by the deep intelligence of this sacred tree.
Ceremonial Cacao
Cacao has been worked with as a sacred plant medicine for thousands of years in Mesoamerica. Mama Cacao (the spirit of the Cacao tree) can be seen as a door opener into the world of medicine. She guides us deeper into connection with ourselves, each other, our hearts, nature, our spiritual practice and the present moment.
Practical Details
Dates: Saturday 6th at 10.00 - Sunday 7th of June at 16.00
Location: In our Garden outside Holbæk
Amount: We will have room for maximum 5 participants.
Accommondation:
Bring your tent or Hammock.
It is also possible to have indoors accommodation for a small fee.
Exchange:
2.800 kr.
(Payment in installments is possible.)

Your place is secured by paying a deposit of 700 kr.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than 1 month before the start date are eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus 10% administrative fee. Afterwards no refunds are made. You can read our legal notice here.
