Summer Solstice Celebration & Ceremony
Beautiful tribe people and community,
We wish to invite you all to a Summer Solstice Celebration around the fire. So save the date!
This celebration is open for all, and you are warmly welcome to bring family, kids, friends, and tribe members to join. We will co-create the day together and end the celebration with a big picnic potluck meal.
We will gather in Regstrup, at our local community and retreat place: Biloba.
The Program
Let us celebrate life and nature together. We turn our eyes toward the earth, toward nature, toward the fire, and toward each other. We will sing together, dance, celebrate, and share time in community.
We start the day at 13.00 with harvesting Mugwort (gråbynke) together and making ritual “kranse”.
The heart of the day will be a fire ceremony with a brew of Cacao/Mugwort/Oak/Rose in honor of the nature within and around us.
There will be space for reflection and introspection, as well as space to be wild, move freely, and explore through ceremonial dance.
We will end the day with a shared potluck picnic, and continue with music and hygge throughout the evening.
Mugwort gathering and “krans” making
Shamanic Summer Solstice Ceremony with Cacao
Fire Ritual
Ceremonial Dance (with 100% acoustic music)
Flower bath
Potluck Picnic
Evening hygge & dance with electronic music
We will facilitate the flow such that we start together in prayer around the fire. Afterwards the people wanting to stay in that ceremonial space (less talking and more silence/singing) will stay around the fire. If you on the other hand feel like moving around, chatting or playing with kids, you are welcome to drop in and out of the space. We got lots of space!
We will end the ceremony with a flower bath, moving into chill music and food!
It seems the weather will be great, so we have decided to put on the woodburning pizzaoven - yah! So you can stand in the sunset making and eating fresh pizza :)
