28-days Plant Kinship Journey

A sacred journey into deep relationship with a local master plant.

Deepen your connection to the plants right outside your doorstep — and receive their wisdom, medicine, and magic.

Under the guidance of a plant teacher, you will journey into deeper connection with yourself, the plant, and the land beneath your feet. Inspired by the Nordic Dieta, this is a gentle yet powerful immersion into plant spirit medicine, nature connection, and personal healing.

Perhaps you feel called by Nettle, Oak, Dandelion or the Aloe Vera in your flowerpot.
Plants have a way of finding us.

How do we open up and receive their wisdom and medicine?

How do we stay creatively connected in the midst of everyday life — lunch boxes, responsibilities, and full calendars?

This is exactly what the Plant Kinship Journey is for!

To receive the wisdom of nature
To create a deep and loving kinship with a master plant
To remember your place in the more-than-human world

The Core Of The Journey

Welcome to a journey into sacred belonging.

Together, in a small group of like-minded souls we will embark on a journey into nature. We will create the conditions for deep listening and receiving direct teaching from nature, guided by a plant spirit. This is a journey of reconnecting and healing our roots, while reaching toward new growth - centered, aligned and in connection.

You will form a conscious bond with a specific plant, asking it to become your teacher and guide.

It supports your healing process, your personal growth and brings you more awareness. The plant will treat you and teach you about it's spiritual medicine and how to work with it. It can become a close friend, a partner in building a bridge between the spirit world and the human world.

This is your invitation. To connect. To listen. To learn. To return. To reclaim. To remember.

Find Your Own Way

This journey combines in-person ceremonies, online gatherings, and personal practice.

You may stay at home and work with the plant growing near you. Or you may choose to spend time in a cabin, in the forest, or somewhere in silence and solitude.

Our role is to provide a clear structure and supportive framework — while leaving space for your unique relationship with the plant to unfold naturally.

We offer our guidance to help you go deep, while honoring your creativity and autonomy. Throughout the 28 days, we hold the space and support whatever processes arise.

About the Plant Kinship Journey

This journey can be compared to a soft Master Plant Dieta (Dieta Suave).

Note: This is not a traditional Dieta. It does not include the strict dietary restrictions, the ceremonial framework and spiritual guidance. Instead, it is a contemporary, initiative practice of entering into a relationship with the medicine of a plant in everyday life.

If you are curious for a Dieta - check out our Summer Nordic Dietas 2026.
