Join us for a transformative 6-week journey culminating in either a traditional 15-day Dieta or an 8-day PlantQuest—an invitation to discover the profound wisdom these master trees hold for your path.

Why These Plants, Why Now?
Each of our teacher plants carries specific medicine needed for these times:
Birch - The Great Mother of the North, she initiates us into new beginnings, purification, and the courage to walk our true path. She teaches us trust and the art of flexibility with strength, helping us adapt while maintaining our core essence. Soft, silent, powerful and free.
Pine - Ancient keeper of vitality and resilience, Pine shows us how to maintain our life force in challenging times. His/her medicine helps us clear ancestral patterns and connect to our spiritual backbone. Pine is a bit of a trickster with a good sense of humor and protection.
Oak - Master of sovereignty and deep wisdom, Oak teaches us how to stand in our power while staying rooted in heart wisdom. Her medicine helps us bridge the ancient and modern ways.
Blue Lotus - holds a sacred place in the hearts of ancient civilizations. It is associated with higher levels of consciousness, peace, presence, rebirth, death, fertility, magic, and much mystery and ancient initiations of mystery schools. We usually do not offer Blue Lotus Dietas for first-timers. This waterplant roots deeper once there first is proper structure and stability through a Dieta such as Oak.

This is a complete initiatory container that transforms not just your understanding, but your very way of being:
The Preparation (4 weeks) A time of slowly easing in and shedding the layers of modern life and awakening your natural sensitivity to plant wisdom. Through guided practices and gentle dietary shifts, you'll prepare your body, mind, and spirit to receive deep teaching.

Our intention is to help you fully embody the insights and shifts from your Dieta experience. This is a deep process, essential for your well-being in body, mind, and spirit, and one that we honor with care and ongoing support as you move into a renewed state of connection.
Our invitation is always to continue to have Dieta-mentorsession with us throughout the first 6-8 months after a Dieta. We see this again and again, as the pitfall, where challenges arrives which as so much harder to face without proper support and care.

Setting: Off grid in the Swedish forest, 3-4 hours from Copenhagen
Accommodation: Simple forest camping (tent/hammock)

Note that the online opening circle is mandatory. This circle is both part of the energetic opening but just as important, the place to create the first lines of safety where all participants meet each other.
