This ceremony offers a moment of rest — a small oasis of medicine — held in the soft embrace of the spirit of Cacao, singing, shamanic drumming, and a circle of like-minded souls.
A space where you are invited to come exactly as you are, and to meet whatever is present for you in this moment.

Guided by the steady beat of the drum, singing, silence, and the rhythms of nature, we explore the inner landscape that spring reveals - places of rest, grief, gratitude, longing, and quiet hope.
This is not about dramatic breakthroughs.
It is about orientation.
Listening inside and giving space for the blooming life-force energy to rise.
Listening, where the sense of direction emerges, where the remembering of what really matters appears.
The ceremony is guided by Stephan and Eva Maria, partners in life and love, and held within a circle of like-minded souls.
We have devoted our lives to guiding people home into their sacred belonging with the Earth and themselves. One of our main teachers is Cacao, and we are so happy to be sharing this ceremony with you.
With a background in design and engineering, we both left the normal blueprint behind, and followed a more mystical path into the jungle of Peru. Here we lived and studied with an indigenious curandero (shaman) and fell in love with each other, the plants and the path of plant shamanism.
Today we live in close sync with nature’s rhythms in our self-build Tinyhouse and booming garden. Either around the fire, deep in the forest or online, we hold space for people to truly meet themselves and create more freedom in their lives - in connection with nature and her seasons & cycles.
Ceremonial Cacao — Heartful Companion Through transitions
Ceremonial Cacao is quite different than the hot Cocoa you might remember from your childhood.
Cacao has been used as a sacred plant medicine in rituals, ceremonies and rites of passage for many thousands of years in south and central America.
Cacao comes from a magical tree growing in the jungle (Theobroma Cacao).
From its trunk bloom small orchid-like flowers, forming pods filled with sweet pulp and cacao beans.
The beans are fermented, sun-dried, roasted, peeled, and ground into a paste.
Ceremonial cacao is minimally processed and made with intention, care, and many loving hands.
We source our cacao from small farms in Guatemala, Mexico, and Peru.
We prepare it with presence — using water, spices, and sometimes plant milk.
It is called Ceremonial Cacao as it is created with the intention of being medicine as well as it undergoes only minimum processing - everything from harvesting, fermenting, sorting and packing is done by hand. Only the hardest job, the grinding is done by machine. Compared to industrially produced Cocoa it still contains most of the active compounds and nutrients making it more like a plant medicine then food.
It is an amazing and profoundly healing plant teacher - both gentle, powerful and enjoyable!
The energy of Cacao can feel like a mother - grounded, loving, deeply nourishing and connected to the earth. It is a wise, ancient and powerful plant medicine.
Cacao allows us to deepen into whatever practice or connection intentionally work with.
Some come to our ceremonies to reconnect to their hearts.
Others comes for a pause, a resting place between the sometimes stressed everyday life.
Others to connect deeper with the healing energy, wisdom and medicine of nature.

The Ceremony Journey
This will be a 4-hour intuitive Cacao Ceremony, guided by the plants and the moment.
The journey includes:
meditation and silence
singing and sound
shamanic drumming and treatments
prayer, rest, and deep listening
There are no prerequisites and nothing you need to achieve or perform.
Come as you are — with everything you are.
Together we will share a potluck dinner (sammenskudsgilde) and invite you to see this meal as part of the medicine as well.
