Ceremony with Cacao
”Into the new”
A space to rest in winter’s dark, to release what is falling away,
and to listen for what quietly wants to be born.
Winter is a time of stillness and darkness — a season of listening more deeply.
It is the time when old structures loosen,
when what no longer serves us gently — or sometimes suddenly — falls away.
Not as punishment, but as preparation.
Making space for something new to arrive.
Into the New is an invitation to pause within this transition.
To rest at the threshold.
To feel what has been shed —
and to sense what is quietly beginning to glow.
This ceremony offers a moment of rest — a small oasis of medicine — held in the soft embrace of the spirit of Cacao, singing, shamanic drumming, and a circle of like-minded souls.
A space where you are invited to be exactly as you are, and to meet whatever is present for you in this moment.
A Winter Ceremony of Transition
In the loving embrace of ceremonial cacao and our Tinyhouse sanctuary, we journey inward together.
Guided by the steady beat of the drum, singing, silence, and the rhythms of nature, we explore the inner landscape that winter reveals — the places of rest, grief, gratitude, longing, and quiet hope.
This is not about dramatic breakthroughs.
It is about orientation.
Like standing in the dark long enough for your eyes to adjust — until you notice the small, steady light.
From where the sense of direction emerges, from where a remembering of what really matters appears.
The ceremony is guided by Stephan and Eva Maria, partners in life and love, and held within a circle of like-minded souls.
Ceremonial Cacao — Companion Through the Dark
Cacao has been used as a sacred plant medicine in rituals, ceremonies and rites of passage for many thousands of years in south and central America.
It is an amazing and profoundly healing plant teacher - both gentle, powerful and enjoyable!
The energy of cacao can be like a mother - so grounded, so loving, so deeply nourishing and connected to the earth. It is a wise, ancient and powerful plant medicine.
Cacao allows us to deepen into whatever practice or connection intentionally work with.
Some comes to our ceremonies to reconnect to their hearts.
Others comes for a pause, a resting place between the sometimes stressed everyday life.
Others come to connect deeper with the healing energy, wisdom and medicine of nature.
Whatever perspective you come from you are welcome.
Medicine in Nature
We invite you into our Garden Sanctuary to share the healing plants we work with and love deeply. Depending on the weather, we will gather around the fire or inside our Tiny house (note: we have a kitty cat).
Nature itself becomes part of the ceremony — holding us in winter’s simplicity, honesty, and quiet beauty.

The abundant, playful spirit of Cacao
Ceremonial Cacao is quite different than the hot cocoa you might remember from your childhood.
Our Ceremonial Cacao comes from non-hybridized, non-plantation under-story trees in the ancient tropical rain forest of Guatemala. It goes through minimum processing thus retain the active compounds and nutrients.
It has more calcium than cows milk, 40 times more antioxidants than blueberries and is the number one superfood for magnesium and flavanols.
It is a natural aphrodisiac, elevates the mood & energy. It increases blood flow and stimulates the cardiovascular system (your heart and blood vessels, that supplies your organs with oxygen and nutrients). Basically, it is a magical bomb of nutrients and psychoactive compounds that is highly beneficial for the body as well as supporting us in being present, mindful & connected to ourselves and our hearts.
We work with 100% Pure, direct traded ‘Ceremonial Grade’ Cacao from Guatemala.
