Earth My Body

Nordic Plant Wisdom • Seasonal Rituals • Embodied Living • Community

A 9-month journey, a modern rite of passage, into deeper relationship with the Earth, yourself, your body, community and the great mystery of life.

Earth My Body
Water my Blood
Air My Breath
Fire My Spirit

Each month we gather in ritual, in the forest and around the fire.
Together we step into a deeper belonging to those who walked before us, those we walk beside, to our breath, our body, the land under our feet, nature around us and to the spirit of life.

What is Earth My Body?

Earth My Body is a 9-month journey through the Wheel of the Year.
Rooted in nordic plant wisdom.
Held in community.

Guided by the rhythms of nature, Earth My Body is a modern rite of passage — to rediscovering what it means to live in relationship with the Earth, with one another, and with ourselves.

This is a space to slow down.
To listen.
To be witnessed.
To rediscover your place within the living world.

We gather through autumn, winter and spring to explore Nordic plants, ceremony, sensual embodiment, ancestral healing, seasonal rituals, silence, song and community.

There is a longing many of us carry

A longing to slow down.

To breathe more deeply.
To spend more time beneath the open sky than beneath artificial light.
To know the names of the plants growing around us.
To gather around a fire instead of a screen.
To feel truly at home in our own bodies.
To share food, stories and songs with people who care.
To live more in tune with the rhythms of the Earth rather than the demands of the calendar.

Perhaps you know this feeling.
Yet, life has become increasingly busy,
as if, something essential has been forgotten:

The feeling of belonging.
To ourselves.
To one another.
To the Earth.
To the great mystery of life.

In reciprocity and relationship with all of life.

Coming back to our roots

For thousands of years, our ancestors lived in close relationship with the living world.

They knew when to gather.
When to harvest.
When to celebrate.
When to rest.

Plants were not simply something to use.
They were neighbours.
Teachers.
Companions.

The changing seasons shaped the rhythm of life.

Community was where knowledge and seeds were shared, songs carried, meals offered, and life's great transitions were honoured through ceremony.

Life was not separate from nature and her seasons.
It moved with it.

Much of this wisdom has faded.
But something ancient, deep in our bones, still remembers.

Earth My Body is an invitation to step back into that ancient conversation.

To gather around the fire once again.
To learn from the plants & each other.
To be witnessed through life's thresholds.
To walk with the seasons.

To remember that we are part of a living lineage — one that stretches behind us and continues through us.

A modern rite of passage.
Rooted in ancient wisdom.
Lived for the world we are creating together.

Walking Earth My Body

Over nine months we gather through autumn, winter and spring.

We meet around the fire.
We walk the land.
We sit in silence with plants.
We sing.
We share seasonal meals.
We honour life's thresholds through ritual and ceremony.

Reconnecting to the wisdom & love of our ancestors, continuing the threads which has been lost, and weaving them back into our lives.

Through Nordic plant wisdom, earth-based practices & rituals, embodiment and community, we learn to listen more deeply — to ourselves, to one another, and to the living world.

Crossing the threshold to that mystery that lays right beneath our busy mind - when we get out of our own way.

Sometimes we laugh.
Sometimes we grieve.
Sometimes we simply sit quietly beneath the trees.

Every gathering is an invitation to remember that we belong.

To the Earth.
To one another.
To the living web of life.

This is a chance to truly honour and celebrate the thresholds that you are stepping through in this season of your life.
Being held and guided, as you emerge through your own rite of passage.

This place is rare. It is full of deep wisdom, respect, love and embodiment.
Eva Maria and Stephan holds such a beautiful space together and separately.
I love how they give every proces fully time to evolve and how they use the power of nature so skilfully, that pure magic must happen.”

The Four Central Relationships

Throughout the journey we nurture four essential relationships.

Relationship with the Earth

The Earth is not simply where we live.
She is the great mother and the living community we belong to.

Through Nordic plant wisdom, seasonal awareness, ancestral celebrations, ritual and time outdoors, we learn to notice, listen and enter into reciprocity with the living world.

Plants, Earth, stones, fire and nature as a whole slowly become more than something we identify.

They become companions.
Teachers.
Medicine.

Relationship with Yourself

Your body is not separate from nature.

It is nature.

Together we'll explore what it means to truly live in your body — not only in your mind.

To slow down.
To breathe.
To move.
To sing.
To feel.

To rediscover the joy, sensuality and aliveness that naturally arise when we feel safe enough to be ourselves.

Not because we've earned them.
But because they've been there all along.

Relationship with Others

Transformation does not happen in isolation.

It happens in relationship.

Through circle, shared meals, ceremony and honest conversation, we create a space where people can be witnessed exactly as they are.

Where friendships deepen.
Where stories are carried.
Where belonging is practised.

Relationship with Mystery

Not everything that matters can be explained.
Some things can only be experienced.

Through silence, ritual, nature and ceremony we create space for wonder.
For listening.
For depth.
To honor and step deeper into the great mystery that lives beneath everyday life.

What you'll experience

Deep transformation asks for time.
Just as a seed cannot be hurried into becoming a tree, relationships cannot be rushed.

Trust grows slowly.
Belonging deepens over time.
The seasons teach us that everything unfolds in its own rhythm.

Over the course of nine months, we gather in a carefully held container that invites both personal and collective transformation.

Together we share:

🌿 9 in-person gatherings

  • One three-day immersion (on Samhain)

  • Three weekend gatherings

  • Five one-day gatherings

🌙 5 online circles
To deepen the journey between gatherings, integrate what is unfolding, and stay connected as a community.

🔥 2 individual mentoring sessions
Each participant receives two one-to-one sessions with either Eva Maria or Stephan, offering space for personal guidance and support.

🌾 Seasonal celebrations
We mark the turning of the Wheel of the Year through ritual, celebration and shared practice. We have placed our gatherings as close as possible to the major traditional celebrations through the wheel of the year e.g. Equinox, solstice etc.

🔥 Sweat Lodge
A traditional ceremony of prayer, purification and renewal.
With stones, fire and sweat.

🌲 Udesidning
This is one of our oldest shamanic rituals in the north. You can see it as a Nordic type of vision quest, where time alone in nature becomes an invitation to listen deeply.

🤍 A committed community
A dedicated in-person and online space (whatsapp) where reflections, questions and everyday moments can be shared throughout the journey.

Every gathering builds upon the last.

Walking the labyrinth as a spiritual quest, 9-months container 2025-2026

I have never before experienced spaceholders capable of carrying and sustaining such a clearcut and pure intention to empower others.
From the beginning I could feel that so much love, care and hard won experience had been put into designing the structure of the programme.

Walking the Wheel of the Year

The Wheel of the Year is not simply a calendar.
It is a way of living in relationship with life's natural rhythms.
As the land changes, something within us changes too.

🍂 Autumn

The season of gratitude, harvest and letting go.
A time to gather what has nourished us and gently release what no longer belongs.
From a time of expansion, honoring the medicine of contraction.

❄ Winter

The season of stillness.
Of deep listening and of deep surrendering.
Of trusting that life continues beneath the surface.

In the winter, we get the chance to visit the deep halls below us.
Meeting Ancestors, or shadows.
Facing our inner underworld.

You might know the stories of the descent of Inanna into the underworld, or know the hero’s journey through the Tarot.
As in any archetypical hero or heroin quest, there comes a time where the only true way forward is to meet ourselves deeper in the darkness. Where we need to descent into the underworld before we can rise again into a new and better world.

Don’t misunderstand - the darkness, the void, the underworld is not bad. Nor does it have to be scary or something that breaks us apart. The void is asking for a deeper surrender. A deeper acceptance. A deeper forgiveness.
There is medicine and power in the darkness. However, we live in a society that is avoiding winter, death, darkness and the immense power of the void - the emptiness before creation. So most of us haven’t naturally learn this side of the coin.
The dark yin to the light yang.

In this journey - we will…

🌱 Spring

The season of emergence - the rebirth after a deep dive winter.
Visioning.
Expansion.
The full breath.
New life. (but also, patience 😉)
Authentic expression.
Bringing our gifts into the world.

As we walk with the seasons, we begin to discover that they are not only happening around us.
They are happening within us.

During our nine months together...

You will...

🌿 Build a living relationship with Nordic plants and the Earth.

🔥 Take part in seasonal ceremonies, rituals and sacred gatherings.

🌙 Explore ancestral constellations, embodiment, voice and deep listening.

🍲 Share nourishing seasonal meals around the fire.

🌳 Spend time in silence, on the land and in community.

🤝 Become part of a committed circle walking the seasons together.

🌱 Develop practices that continue long after the journey has ended.

This journey is for you if...

You long for a slower, more rooted way of living.

You feel drawn towards nature—not only to spend time there, but to be in relationship with it.

You sense that plants have something to teach beyond their practical uses.

You long to feel more at home in your body.

You miss meaningful community.

You are moving through a transition and wish to honour it consciously.

You feel that something ancient still lives within you, quietly waiting to be remembered

Held in community

For most of human history, people didn't walk life's great transitions alone.

They gathered.
Around the fire.
Around the meal.
Through songs.
Stories.
Silence.
And ceremony.

Earth My Body is held in that same spirit.

Over nine months, we become a circle.

A place where you are witnessed.
And where you witness others.

Where stories are shared.
Friendships grow.
Wisdom moves naturally between people.
Where laughter and tears both have a place.

You don't need to arrive with everything figured out.
You don't need to perform.
Or pretend.

The circle doesn't ask for perfection.
It simply asks for your presence.

Belonging is our birthright.
But remembering it is the practice.

Relationship changes us

Over the years, we've had the privilege of facilitating and walking alongside people through seasonal circles, rites of passage and several nine-month journey programs.

We've gathered around fires.
Sat in silence with the plants.
Shared stories, songs and meals.
Witnessed people through times of loss, change, joy and new beginnings.

Again and again, we've noticed the same thing:

The deepest transformation rarely happened because people were trying to improve or fix themselves.
Nor did them happen with the snap of a finger.

Instead, it happened as each person naturally stepped deeper into relationship & reciprocity.

Into relationship with the seasons.
With the plants.
With their own body.
With all of themselves.
With community.
With life itself.

From that place, something remarkable begins to happen.

We soften.
We become more honest.
More rooted.
More alive.
… and underneath it all, something shifts.
The tactonic plates of our inner world, moves and things are simply different.
Without force or chasing it.
Simply. Subtly. deeply.

Not because “personal development” was the goal.
But because it became the natural consequence of belonging - a bi-product, so to speak.

Nature is always moving towards balance.
Our “job” isn’t to know everything or to “get it” all perfectly.
Rather, it is to listen, and to allow nature to move us back into balance.

That understanding is at the heart of Earth My Body.

This journey is the natural evolution of years of holding seasonal circles and nine-month containers. It brings together what we've learned about what truly supports lasting transformation and deeper reciprocity with life.

We like to go deep.
We like to slow down.

Allow everything to unfold in its own time.
Just as the seasons.
