JORDNÆR (danish for: close to the earth) is a tailored package of sessions over 1-3 months.

It is a powerful opportunity to step deeper into yourself & your connection to the earth right under your feet. Allow nature to support, nourish and teach you how to live your life fully. It is an opportunity to truly prioritize your life's journey and explore yourself and how you are in relation to the world - your patterns, life themes, spiritual journey and the present moment.

The process is guided through a mixture of shamanic/therapeutic sessions in nature, Ceremonial Cacao, plant treatments, creative processes and acoustic ceremonies with plant medicine.

Open up to listen to the wisdom within

Nature is intelligent and abundant, so when we step deeper into the embrace of nature, when we open up to receive, we can step into that abundance and receive wisdom from all around us and really hear the wisdom from within. When we open up we can be creative and step into the flow of life.

Part of this journey of opening up to Abundance, Connection and Flow is also deep healing work with traumas, self-regulating and nervous system work. All of which the plants are amazing allies in supporting.

The process of Jordnær

JORDNÆR is a tailored package of sessions over 1-3 months.

The process is built around therapeutic/shamanic sessions with Ceremonial Cacao, either in nature or online, where you will immerse yourself in connecting with nature, learning how to navigate within the realm of plant medicine, and bridging the magic of the forest with everyday life. We aim to teach you to open up and receive wisdom from within and from nature. To raise your awareness of how you are in your life, to heal from trauma and to move in a new direction.

The centerpiece of JORDNÆR is the 2-days plant medicine ceremony - an opportunity to step deep into the wilderness of your own being and heart.

All of these teachings need to be integrated and fully embodied into your life to make a real difference and transformation. Our sessions are designed to do just that - reflective milestones on your journey to reconnect, center and move forward.

JORDNÆR is a blend of four unique session types:

2-days Ceremonial Session

  • In this session we'll take a deep step into the wilderness of your inner nature and sometimes the wilderness of nature outside. Together we will dive deep into nature and open the gate to your inner nature through an acoustic plant medicine ceremony, plant treatments, meditation and silence in nature. These 24 hours (depending on the season) can be based entirely in nature or in and around your home or ours.

Sessions with Cacao

  • Therapeutic nature walks with cacao are opportunities to deepen your understanding of yourself and others, using nature as a mirror for your inner landscape. We'll connect with the language of nature & the body, supported by ceremonial cacao. These walks can be very therapeutic, go towards a creative process or be a shamanic treatment in it's nature - it all depends on your process.

  • 2-3h Online sessions with Cacao
    Here we slow down and allow the Cacao to guide the flow. This can be seen as a self-care oasis where you give yourself space for whatever you need at this time. Together we will create a sacred space for you to step deeper into the healing energy of Cacao.

Plant Treatments

  • 1-3h Plant treatments
    Depending on your process, your physical, emotional and spiritual ailments we use plant treatments such as vapor bath (stream bath with medicinal plants), flower bath, plant extracts etc.

Prioritize your life’s journey.

As a group

JORDNÆR can also be booked as a couple, for (business) partners, small groups of e.g. colleagues.

In this case both, Eva and Stephan, will guide the journey and have the opportunity to use both the masculine and feminine energy, water and fire.

Sessions with Eva, Stephan or both

You can choose to have either Stephan or Eva Maria as your guide, or we can decide who would be the best fit.

We are so fortunate to work together as a couple that even if you are having a longer process with Eva Maria and suddenly the masculine energy is needed, Stephan can step in and vice versa.
