Join me for a 2-days workshop and ceremonial journey with your voice & free expression, supported by Ritual, plant spirit herbalism and nature therapeutic practices.
Together, in a circle, we will journey inwards to reveal the power and true nature of our voices. Giving space to allow our natural sound to unfold. A journey into freeing your voice, your expression & yourself.
Your Voice holds your story, your ancestry, your wounds, and your power!
In a world that silences, filters, and perfects, this journey is your permission to reclaim your raw, authentic sound. It’s not about performance or sounding “good” — it’s about remembering, allowing & sharing medicine —> songs from the heart.
This will be held as a sacred space, in a ceremonial manner, working with masterplants to support the journey and your deepening connection to your voice.
This is a journey of;
Connection - channeling songs from the heart, in alignment with nature
The body as the instrument - Freeing & respecing our body as the instrument (e.g. loosening jaw tensions, constricted breath etc.)
Safety to share our voice - Building capacity, nervous system safety & healing old wounds
Space to explore & unfold your singing medicine in a sacred manner
Singing together - beyond competition and into resonance
Silence and singing attunement - first and foremost we listen (inwards), and then we express
We will have time for sound, time for contemplation & time for silence.
Meeting the power of your voice is not all about loudness and expression. It is a revelation of your true nature - about meeting yourself, meeting your voice and revealing to yourself, first and formost, your own inner medicine. Meeting and giving space for the voice already within you.
Sometimes tears or grief needs to be expressed. Sometimes anger. Sometimes bliss and angelic. There is space for all of it here. Both the Kali and the Maria, so to speak :)

Rather, Rewilding is a process of embracing the wild in and around you without trying to tame or change it.
Letting it be as it is — and sound as it does.
Giving it space.
And noticing what comes naturally.
Allow the natural wisdom and radiance of life to emerge.
It is about trust.
Trusting the natural design of things — including the wilderness within us.
Instead of controlling every detail, we listen, observe, and learn from what is already alive.
We build relationship. (within and around)
Understanding and love follow.
From there, opportunity and growth flow more effortlessly.
This trust, freedom & playfulness will spill into all aspects of life.

Practicalities

Place:
We will be mainly outside - in nature & around the bonfire.
We will be at our local farm and retreat place, where there is both a little woods-area, as well as a beautiful indoors space with a big kitchen/living room & a ceremony room.
The ceremony room is also where you will be sleeping.
